Cylch Meithrin Penmaenmawr has been one of the cornerstones of preschool education available in Penmaenmawr and the wider community for over 40 years. We are among one of the oldest Welsh nursery schools in Wales.
It is regularly inspected by ESTYN, the Care and Social Services Inspectorate for Wales and Mudiad Ysgolion Meithrin.
We are proud of the strong relationship we have built with parents and guardians over the years, and we have a strong tradition of providing high quality pre-school education.
We welcome the parents/guardians to get involved in all aspects of Cylch Meithrin Penmaenmawr life, and, indeed, parents are primarily responsible for raising money. As parents ourselves, we are aware of how important it is for you to feel that you are choosing the best education for your child, and therefore your child will receive the best care and education at Cylch Meithrin Penmaenmawr.
Welsh is the language of the Cylch Meithrin but we give a warm welcome to all children, it doesn't matter what language is spoken at home, with an increasing number joining and we don't teach Welsh. The aim of our cylch is to promote the education and development of children from two years of age up to school age.
here is an opportunity for children to socialize and learn through play under the guidance of our professional, friendly and enthusiastic staff.
If you would like to discuss any aspect of the cylch's work or come along to visit the site you are welcome to contact us.
